Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our team at Ten Tors Inn. This role is vital in delivering delicious morning meals that set the tone for our guests' day and uphold our commitment to quality and hospitality. Breakfast is served from Wednesday to Saturday between 9am until 11am.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently during breakfast hours.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient management.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a busy kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast periods.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus or operational needs.
- Previous experience in a pub or restaurant environment is preferred.
