Salary: NJC Grade D: £26,824 - £28,598 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
Please note that the pro-rata salary for this role is between £11,175 (D8) and £11,914 (D12) gross per annum (subject to change depending on agreed working pattern on appointment)
Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 18 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Wednesday to Friday.
Holywell C of E Primary School are seeking a highly organised Lead Administrator to join our school office team.
About the Role
This is a key role supporting pupils, staff, families and visitors, and contributing to the smooth, effective running of the school.
Your responsibilities will include:
General administration such as:
Managing incoming post, phone calls and emails and distributing as appropriate
Manage the school's Income Collection System
Ensure necessary permission forms are recorded and updated as required for every child
Acting as personal assistant to the Head Teacher by assisting the Head Teacher in responding to emails and letters in a timely manner and producing minutes as required.
Produce the School Census three times a year.
Within this role there are also finance, premises and lettings, human resources, and admissions and attendance administration duties.
