Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable HGV Technician to join our team based in Crewe. This is a great opportunity for a skilled mechanic looking for a well-paid, Monday-to-Friday role with excellent work-life balance.
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a fleet of HGVs, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks
- Ensure all work is completed to DVSA standards
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV Technician or Mechanic
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Relevant qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work efficiently and safely
