Coombe End Manor
Coombe End Manor is a luxury private estate in the heart of the Cotswolds, hosting exceptional weddings, private stays, corporate retreats, brand activations and shooting parties across a beautifully curated historic manor and 2,000-acre estate.
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, highly organised and charismatic Events Manager to lead and grow our hospitality and events offering. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality, understands high-net-worth clientele and can seamlessly oversee both sales and delivery.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the guest experience and commercial growth of Coombe End Manor.
The Role
You will manage and coordinate a diverse calendar of:
- Luxury private stays
- Weddings and celebrations
- Corporate retreats and off-sites
- Shooting parties
- Private dining and seasonal events
You will work closely with our Sales manager and the General manager to ensure every experience reflects the quality, creativity and attention to detail associated with Coombe End Manor.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, caterers, planners and production teams
- Oversee weddings, retreats, brand stays and estate events on-site
- Manage guest communications before, during and after stays
- Develop relationships with agents, brands, corporate clients and wedding planners
- Help curate and develop new event concepts and experiences
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, House Manager and all the Front of House team
- Maintain exceptional service standards across all events and stays
- Manage event management software with Sales Manager
- Attend evening and day events where necessary
- Interaction with Events 500 software
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury events management
- Commercially minded and confident in sales
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines and coordinate various tasks effectively
- Comfortable hosting high-profile and high-net-worth guests
- Passionate about hospitality, design, food and guest experience
- Flexible with weekend and evening working when required
- Must work well in a team
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
