UK Students – Hospitality & F&B Operations (UK)
We are seeking to establish partnerships with universities, student employment services, career centers, and recruitment organizations across the UK to support the sourcing of part-time student talent for our growing hospitality and food & beverage operations.

Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen stations
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, upselling menu items where appropriate
- Handle guest enquiries promptly, ensuring a positive experience
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as required
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
- Upselling skills to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
