Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts between 7:30am – 6:30pm)
VD Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Montessori nursery group in Wembley. We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Toddler Room Leader to join an Ofsted-rated Good nursery and lead a thriving toddler room of 15 children.

The Role
As Toddler Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and support your room team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Plan, observe, and assess children's learning and development in line with EYFS.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure children's wellbeing, personal care, and daily needs are met.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Maintain accurate records and observations using the nursery app.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Support and motivate team members through positive leadership.
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Essential).
- Previous Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good ICT skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality early years education.
