Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Faringdon, Oxford ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our premises.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday, 39 Weeks a Year (Term Time Only) 3 Hours per day from 4pm-7pm
Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
Responsibilites:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to maintain quality standards
- Allocate tasks to team members effectively
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 Years proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management sector
- Valid driving licence recognised in the UK (preferred)
- The ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations
- Ability to motivate a team, foster a positive working environment, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
