Young Adult Support Worker – Complex Health Care
Location: liverpool
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time self employed basis
Salary: £12-14phr depending on experience
About the Role
We are expanding our team of Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young adults (18+) with complex health needs. If you believe every moment matters when supporting young people, we would love to hear from you.
You will be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including:
- Personal care
- Hoisting and mobility support
- Feeding support
- Epilepsy and Seizure's
- Pica Syndrome
- Stoma
- Non-verbal communication
- Behavioural
- Learning disabilities
- Communication and mobility support needs
- Experience in Complex Care MUST
- ADHD/AUSTIUM/LD
All staff complete a full competency‑based training programme delivered by our Health Care Training Academy.
