Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing regulations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is fully equipped at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently.
- Assist in setting up for events or special occasions as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by business needs.
