Loans Warehouse, established in 2006, is an FCA authorised, multi-award winning financial services intermediary, specialising in second charge mortgages, unsecured loans and bridging finance. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Compliance Coach to join our expanding Compliance team. This role would suit someone with experience in the mortgage or second charge lending market who is passionate about quality, compliance and developing others.
The Role:
The Compliance Coach will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing recorded customer and internal calls, including fact-find appointments, mortgage advice calls and other customer interactions across the business. Working closely with our Compliance Manager, you will provide coaching, feedback and support to advisers, helping to improve customer outcomes, regulatory compliance and overall performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- CeMAP qualified.
- Good understanding of regulated mortgage advice and sales processes.
- Experience within the first or second charge mortgage market.
- Understanding of the processes and regulatory requirements within a financial services intermediary.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Confident and professional approach.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a quality assurance, compliance monitoring or coaching role.
- Passion for developing and supporting others.

Work hours will be 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9.00am until 5.30pm
