What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same in this dynamic airport environment. You’ll be responsible for:
- Transforming aircraft interiors to pristine, VIP-ready condition
- Washing, polishing, and restoring aircraft exteriors
- Performing specialist treatments (paint, leather, carpets, and coatings like Xzilon)
- Valeting company and customer vehicles
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring everything is stocked and ready
- Working safely at height and in confined spaces
- Delivering consistently high standards that meet exacting client expectations
What we’re looking for

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours (4 on / 4 off, 11-hour shifts)
- Calm under pressure and able to meet tight schedules
- Discreet and professional when working around VIP aircraft
Essential requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Right to work in the UK + valid ID/passport
- 5-year checkable work history (for airport clearance)
- Willingness to undergo training and background checks
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Previous valeting or aviation experience
- IPAF certification
