Based in Walsall, West Midlands, Priory Lichfield Road is a modern rehabilitation service providing specialist care for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. The site offers excellent transport links, with easy access to the M6, nearby train services, and regular bus routes to Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham.
In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to colleagues and trainees where appropriate.

The recruitment process will consist of a two-stage interview with a panel that includes the Hospital Director, the Director of Clinical Services, and a Psychologist.
We are seeking an experienced clinician with a strong background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and training in at least two additional therapeutic approaches, including one evidence-based intervention. The successful candidate will have experience working with complex clients, conducting psychological assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and providing clinical supervision. Leadership and management experience are essential, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to standards set by the HCPC, BPS, and organisational policies.
