Installations Manager – Living Spaces, Doors & Windows
We are looking for an experienced and organised Installations Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in home improvement installations including living spaces, windows, and doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate installation teams across multiple projects
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Liaise with customers before, during, and after installations
- Schedule works and manage installers’ workloads
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor installation performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience managing installation teams within the windows, doors, conservatories, or living spaces industry
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience with conservatories, extensions, or glazed living spaces
- FENSA or industry-related knowledge
- Experience using scheduling or CRM systems
