We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Team Members to join the opening team of our brand-new Heavenly Desserts restaurant in Crawley.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store from day one, helping us create an exceptional guest experience and build a successful team from the very beginning. The Role
As a Part-Time Team Member, you'll play a key role in launching our brand-new Heavenly Desserts restaurant and creating memorable experiences for every guest. As part of our opening team, you'll help establish the culture, standards, and reputation of the restaurant from day one.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside an energetic team to deliver exceptional food, drinks, and customer service while helping us create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Prepare our signature desserts, drinks, and menu items to Heavenly Desserts' premium standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest enjoys a first-class dining experience.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a spotless restaurant.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, personal hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support the kitchen and pot wash area when required.
- Assist with customer enquiries, reservations, takeaway collections, and delivery orders both in person and over the phone.
- Support the launch and promotion of the restaurant by helping create social media content, showcasing our products and guest experience, and assisting with local marketing activities where required.
- Work collaboratively with the management team and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Show initiative, maintain high standards, and assist with additional duties to support the success of the restaurant.

- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Applicants must be available to work flexible shifts between 10:00am and 12:00am, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and have reliable transport to and from Crawley Leisure Park.
Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
