About the Role
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our sales Applicants, Landlords, Tenants and internal teams. You'll provide clear guidance, confident communication and an exceptional service from start to finish.
Compliance plays a key part in this role, and you'll help ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential sales & lettings legislation.
Working as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you'll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, positive experience to every client — consistently aiming not just to meet expectations but exceed them.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding position, ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure; This is a full time role.
Hours
Full-time: 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays, plus Saturday on a rota system
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dynamic, confident and motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
Whilst we are looking to employ someone with Sales AND letting expereance, the day-to-day role is expected to be 80% Sales, 20% Lettings.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous residential sales and lettings experience
- An outgoing, positive and professional personality
- A positive and self-motivated approach to work
- A driven, proactive approach with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent administrative and typing skills, with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently and independently
- Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
