A new opportunity has arisen for a client side Property Manager role based in Southeast London. Our client is a prestigious property firm who own a signifcant portfolio of blocks and estates in the local area. They are now looking for a Property Manager to work in their friendly team.
You will have responsibility for the managmeent of a portfolio of blocks, dealing with site inspections, service charge budgeting, H&S compliance, overseeing major works and liaising with leaseholders.
This is a 2 year contract with potential for this to continue. The role offers hybrid working, an excellent salary, an excellent pension, free lunches as well as health cover. Please forward a full CV in the first intance.
