About Us We are a long‑established specialist manufacturer operating in a strong and stable sector, supplying products through distributors, direct channels, and the NHS. We are now entering an exciting new phase of growth — and we’re looking for our first dedicated Marketing Co‑ordinator to help shape the future of our brand and commercial activity.
The Opportunity This is a newly created, hands‑on role where you’ll build and deliver a structured marketing function from the ground up. Working closely with the Managing Director and commercial team, you’ll play a key part in strengthening our brand presence, supporting distributor activity, and producing high‑quality marketing communications that directly support sales growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering a structured marketing plan aligned with commercial priorities
- Managing digital content and social media activity to enhance brand visibility
- Creating product videos, demonstrations, and visual content for online use and sales presentations
- Producing brochures, case studies, datasheets, and sales collateral
- Supporting distributor partners with marketing materials, product information, and campaign activity
- Maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
- Reporting regularly on marketing activity and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing within manufacturing, medical devices, engineering, or a technical sector
- Strong digital and social media skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Basic filming and video‑editing capability
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Experience supporting distributor networks or channel partners (highly desirable)
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a hands‑on SME environment
- Ability to work full‑time from our office in Eye, Suffolk
