Location: South Grove House, Rotherham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 6:00pm
Salary: Salary up to £27,500 per annum (OTE of £30,000)
About the Role
We’re looking for two organised, detail‑driven Secured Loan Administrators to join our fast‑paced Loans team. You’ll support both the Loans and Business Development teams, helping applications progress smoothly and ensuring customers and brokers receive excellent service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue ESIS documents accurately and on time
- Contact customers regarding advisor overflow work and progress applications.
- Book valuations, request mortgage references, and process/pay invoices.
- Produce daily and weekly management reports.
- Transfer hot keys and follow up with customers.
- Prepare product reports for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate customer/broker records and update all systems.
- Provide general administrative support across both teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisation and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, hard‑working, and comfortable managing a varied workload.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Team‑focused and supportive.
- Able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in financial services/mortgages/secured loans is helpful but not essential as full training provided.
