The Role
As a Production Assistant, you'll become an important part of our manufacturing team, helping produce high-quality custom merchandise for customers across the world.
Your day could include:
- Producing bespoke promotional merchandise
- Assembling products to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks
- Operating specialist machinery (full training provided)
- Recording production metrics and working towards daily targets
- Maintaining an organised workspace using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Working closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to deliver orders on time
Every product we make is custom manufactured, so there's always something new to learn.
Experience
Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential.
We're far more interested in your attitude than your CV. Full training will be provided for the right person.
You'll ideally have experience of:
- Working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Following processes and maintaining high standards
- Communicating well with colleagues
- Learning new skills quickly
Essential Skills

Using Creative Software
As part of the role you'll also gain experience using creative software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
Don't worry if you're not already an expert, we'll provide training where required.

Minimum Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
