Insurance Sales Executive (Commercial or High Net Worth)

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 basic + bonus + benefits
Barker Munro recruitment have two fantastic Insurance Sales Executives to join one of valued clients who are expanding their team. One specialising in Commercial Insurance and one in High Net Worth (HNW) Private Clients.

Commercial Insurance Sales Executive - You’ll focus on generating and developing new business across local Commercial SME sectors. You’ll proactively build your own book of business, engaging with decision makers and providing tailored commercial insurance solutions.
High Net Worth (HNW) Insurance Sales Executive -You’ll work with affluent and high value clients, providing bespoke insurance solutions. You’ll build strong, long term relationships and deliver a premium, concierge style service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact and convert new business opportunities
- Build and manage your own profitable client portfolio
- Understand individual client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Develop a strong, consistent sales pipeline through research and prospecting
- Identify cross selling opportunities across financial services, risk management and consultancy
- Support local marketing, networking and community engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the journey
