Business Support Assistant

Permanent, term time plus 1 week, 37 hours per week (part time applications considered)
Salary Range NJC SCP 4–6 (£25,185 – £25,989 per annum, pro rata)

The Trinity Catholic Academy is strengthening its business support function and is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to join our team. Alongside a newly appointed Business Support Officer, this role is central to building a highly effective, professional, and responsive administrative service at the heart of our school.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in administration within education.
You will be at the centre of school life - providing a welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key responsibilities
- Provide a professional reception service and act as first point of contact
- Support pupil data, attendance and communication systems
- Assist with administration, correspondence and record keeping
- Support finance processes and general office organisation
- Work closely with the Business Support Officer to ensure smooth operations
