We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Support Workers to join our agency team in St Neots. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to live independently with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting service users with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with medication in line with care plans
- Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing at all times
- Accurately completing care records and reporting concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care essential
- A caring, patient, and respectful attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Driving license and access to a vehicle essential.
