We are currently on the lookout for a Designer to join our talented studio team. Someone who’s as obsessed with the detail as we are, and who can bring our ideas to life with professional precision, and a touch of magic.
We're open to considering candidates at mid-weight through to senior level, and salary will reflect the right person's experience, creative ability, and specialist skills. Additional experience in motion design would be especially valuable.
This role requires the successful candidate to work in all areas of the creative process from concept development through to design and artwork across both print and digital channels.
Based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes (MK11) the office is a fun and creative place to be with a relaxed dress code, it’s also hard-working and results driven. While we're open to some flexibility, this is an on-site role, so the ideal candidate will be relatively local or within easy commuting distance, and happy to be part of the studio day to day.
Candidates should have:
· Minimum 3 years of experience
· A strong knowledge of the Adobe creative suite
· Experience with design for print and digital application
· Solid conceptual thinking, presentation and reasoning
· Strong layout skills and a good technical knowledge
· Experience in motion design would be advantageous.
· The ability to handle multiple projects and work to deadlines
· Good communication skills
· Ability to collaborate with other members of the team and muck in at all levels when needed
· Confidence to work independently when required
· Ability to work effectively under time pressure.
