Front of House Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Front of House Manager to join our friendly, talented team. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week to fulfil this role.
Hintlesham Golf Club has been family-owned since 2006, it features an 18-hole course, an award-winning clubhouse, and is a popular venue for both weddings and events. The clubhouse welcomes both golfers and non-golfers and is valued by its members.
The clubhouse is associated within the countryside of Hintlesham and is open 7-days of the week.
We are seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to assist with the blooming business. We are looking for a positive and friendly individual who shows strong leadership, whilst being an excellent communicator, promoting attention to detail whilst using their own initiative. As a Front of House Manager, you would act as the face of the business, ensuring guests have a memorable experience while keeping the daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements
- Flexible shift pattern (Day, evening and weekend)
- Own transport required
- To be a keyholder, unlocking and/or locking premises

What we are looking for in a Front of House Manager
- Atleast 2-years of hospitality experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience at Supervisor or Manager level within the hospitality industry
- A confident, bold and hands-on leadership style
- Experience in managing teams
- Someone who is calm under pressure
- Passion for guest experience, people and high standards
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
