Job Purpose
Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities at various client sites, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of odour control, air pollution control, and thermal systems. Primarily this includes leading and managing the Service Team.
Principle job tasks
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities at client sites, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Schedule and manage routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored maintenance solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and inventory management.
- Identify areas for improvement when necessary.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with odour control, air pollution control, and thermal systems.
- Provide training and support to site personnel on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Lead and manage a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a maintenance setting, preferably within the odour control, air pollution control, and thermal industries.
- Proven track record of managing service engineers.
- Computer literate with proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Full Driving License
