We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant early childhood education setting at our new nursery opening in Loughton. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for both children and staff. The Nursery Manager will play a pivotal role in creating an engaging atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, and well-being.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, forward-thinking leader with extensive experience and a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted results. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing the new preschool, building a strong team, creating a high-quality learning environment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

Who We’re Looking For?
- We are looking for a Level 6 and above
- Experience in implementing an Outstanding EYFS Curriculum.
- Experience in working amongst outstanding Ofsted A commitment to promoting the rights and voices of children.
- Creativity, empathy, and a passion for fostering curiosity and independence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
