Training Solutions Executive

Salary: £25,000-32,000 per annum
Your role
As a Training Solutions Executive you will own all aspects of our course administration, being the trusted point of contact for our trainers, internal and external customers.
You will work closely within your small team of three, supporting both regular and ad-hoc training requirements, and you will collaborate with the wider business to promote the training offered by CII.
Your efforts will cover the logistics of training courses (online and in person), liaising with our contracted trainers and using your initiative and creativity to improve our internal processes.

You have confidence in your communication skills, and are comfortable making decisions based on your experience and understanding of a framework.

You enjoy variety in your days, ranging from stakeholder management to capably handling databases.

You take pride in meticulous coordination and administration, while remaining flexible to tackle new challenges.

You are comfortable using Excel to an intermediate standard (V-Lookups, formulas).
