The Role
We’re looking for a capable and organised Customer Relations Administrator to join our team in Hersden.
This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll be preparing quotations, following them up, speaking with customers, and making sure enquiries are dealt with properly from start to finish.
It’s a mix of admin and customer contact—ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, enjoys keeping things organised, and can build good rapport with customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and sending customer quotations
- Following up quotes and enquiries by phone and email
- Speaking with customers to understand their requirements
- Keeping customer records up to date and accurate
- Managing quotation activity so nothing gets missed
- Supporting customers through the enquiry process
- Working with other teams to make sure orders and information line up
- General customer service administration
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Confident communicator, especially over the phone and email
- Organised and able to manage your own workload
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Reliable, steady and professional in your approach
Desirable
- Experience in admin, customer service, quotations or a similar role
About you
You’re someone who doesn’t let things drop. If a quote needs following up, you’ll make sure it’s done. You’re comfortable speaking with customers, you stay organised under pressure, and you take pride in doing a job properly.
You don’t need to be “salesy” — but you do need to be confident enough to pick up the phone and have a proper conversation.
