Executive Assistant (Remote) - Start-up Pharmaceutical Business
The role of Executive Assistant:
- Diary management and coordination across time zones
- Multi-stop international travel coordination (predominantly Europe and the US)
- Internal and external meeting coordination — virtual and in-person
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Event organisation
The ideal Executive Assistant:
- Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in the private sector — essential
- Experience supporting in a start-up environment advantageous
- Comfortable working remotely, with occasional in-person catch-ups in London
