What's the Role About?
We're searching for a Senior Sales Advisor who's great at turning questions into sales and making sure every customer feels listened to and valued. You'll be the heart of our operation, ensuring that from the first hello to the final thank-you, we're all about excellence. And the pay? A rewarding £40K+ to start, because we believe in appreciating those who help us shine.
As part of the team, you'll be a key player in our financial growth and smooth running, making sure our customers always leave with a smile. Working hand in hand with our Front-of-House Manager, and Workshop Manager, you'll ensure every day runs like clockwork.
Your Key Tasks:
- Turn new customer enquiries into bookings and handle queries with ease, ensuring effective quoting and scheduling.
- Juggle the booking schedule, assign cars to technicians smartly, manage their workflow, and keep an eye on courtesy car bookings.
- Boost sales for additional repairs, ensure quotes and parts are ready to go, and nail those conversions.
- Provide spot-on advice and solutions tailored to each customer, guaranteeing they receive nothing but the best service.
- Keep records tidy and up to date, making use of our management software to streamline vehicle and sales processes.
- Reach out to customers we haven’t seen in a while, encourage them to book in, and help reduce customer turnover.
- Hit financial and satisfaction targets, keep an eye on KPIs, and adjust your approach to stay on top of your game.
