We are seeking an Experienced Domestic Cleaner to join our team, providing premium cleaning services to private households. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in domestic cleaning and possess excellent attention to detail. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces within clients’ homes.
- Handle specialised cleaning duties such as cleaning appliances as required.
- Assist with organising household items to optimise space utilisation and tidiness.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients and addressing any specific requests or concerns.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly.
- Adhere to client-specific instructions to meet individual expectations for each property.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic cleaning or hotel housekeeping.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Good physical fitness to perform cleaning duties efficiently, including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client requirements and schedules.
