Experienced Landscape / Grounds Operative (Full-Time)
Location: Polegate, Bexhill-on-Sea & surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

We are a well-established landscaping and grounds company working on a wide range of domestic and higher-end garden projects across East Sussex. Due to continued growth, we are looking to take on a mature, reliable operative with experience in the land-based sector.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a small team, and can be trusted to represent the business professionally on site.
The right person will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Fencing
- Tree surgery (someone with tickets/certifications would be ideal)
- Garden maintenance / horticulture
- Soft landscaping
- Patios, driveways & resin surfaces
- Brickwork (within a garden/landscaping setting)
- Carpentry / timber work (pergolas, decking, garden structures, etc.)
Essential requirements:
- Clean UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a land-based or construction-related role
- Good work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients
Desirable (but not essential):
- Tickets or qualifications in tree surgery or machinery
- Experience on higher-end residential projects
- Towing experience
