Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and communal spaces to a high standard
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding linens when required
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests courteously and professionally
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for preparing light refreshments or assisting with meal-related tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
