Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head Chef, preparing high-quality dishes, designing new menus, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Develop and plan menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train new team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and organisation at all times
- Assist in serving customers when required, providing excellent hospitality
Experience
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation
- Demonstrable experience in culinary arts, including menu development and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations within the hospitality industry
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Experience in serving guests and delivering exceptional customer service is advantageous
- Works well under pressure

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
