Title: Housekeeper – Immediate Start (£13.50ph + Seasonal Bonus)
Job Description:
Scilly Self Catering is seeking motivated Housekeeping staff for an immediate start to join our team for the 2026 season on the beautiful Isles of Scilly.
Pay & Benefits:
* Rate: £13.50 per hour.
* Seasonal Bonus: An additional 3% per hour (40p) paid as a lump sum for completing the season through mid-October.
* Accommodation: Subsidised staff housing provided at only £100 per week.
The Role:
We provide high-quality accommodation across the islands, including cottages, apartments, and hotel rooms. We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to maintain these properties to a very high standard. Duties include changeover cleaning, public area maintenance, and potential shifts in our island launderette.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is preferred but not essential.
* A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to relocate to the Isles of Scilly for the remainder of the season (ending mid-October).
