What will you do?

Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work;
-
Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties;
-
Landlord and tenant matters;
-
Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage; and

Acting for lender and pension schemes.
What will you need?
-
Experience in Commercial property
-
5+ year experience in a private practice law firm in the UK
