Marine Sales Scotland is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Valeter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and has a passion for delivering exceptional presentation standards on high-quality boats and marine craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing boats for sale and customer handover to the highest standard.
- Washing, cleaning, polishing and detailing interiors and exteriors.
- Carrying out compound polishing and machine polishing work.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous valeting/detailing experience essential.
- Proven experience with compound polishing and machine polishing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage workload priorities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
