They partner with contractors, engineering consultancies and infrastructure businesses across North America, delivering senior and highly technical search assignments across large-scale construction and mission critical projects.
Requirements:
- Graduate with strong communication skills OR
- Sales experience (Estate Agency etc)
- Strong work ethic and professional mindset
- Confident speaking with senior professionals
- Motivated by progression and earning potential

The role:
- Supporting retained executive search projects across US construction and engineering markets
- Conducting detailed market research and talent mapping
- Headhunting senior engineering and project professionals
- Managing candidate processes and client communication throughout assignments
