We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents and supporting the smooth running of shifts.
Location: Florence Grogan House care home - Blacon, Chester
Hours: 21.75 hours position available - Alternate weekends
Right to work in UK: Sponsorship is not available for this position
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage care staff during allocated shifts
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Complete and update individual care plans
- Induct and mentor new staff members
- Ensure compliance with all care standards and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior care role preferred
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
