Our shop is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the floor team. We're always busy so most of your day is spent with customers — helping people find what they came in for, ringing up sales, and keeping the place looking good between the quiet moments and the rushes.
You don't need retail experience to apply. If you're friendly, reliable and happy on your feet all day, we can teach you the rest.
A typical shift
You'll greet and help customers, work the till, handle refunds and exchanges, keep shelves stocked and tidy, sort deliveries in the back, and run the fitting rooms. Some days are steady; Saturdays and sale periods are not. We look out for each other when it gets busy.

- Stay patient and pleasant, even with a queue or a tricky customer
- Can lift and move stock and stay on your feet through a shift
