The Role
As an Evening Hygiene Operative, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitising production areas after the day shift has finished.
Your work ensures:
- Our factory meets strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Equipment is cleaned thoroughly and safely
- Production areas are fully prepared for the next day
- We remain compliant with BRC and customer quality standards
You’ll work methodically, safely and efficiently, following cleaning schedules and SOPs, while supporting your team to maintain high standards throughout the site.
What We’re Looking For
- Hygiene Experiance
- A strong work ethic and pride in doing a job properly
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good understanding of health & safety (experience in food manufacturing is desirable but not essential — full training provided)
Most importantly, we want someone who understands how important this role is to the wider operation.
