Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and support the daily cleaning and upkeep of our sites in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cleaning duties in bedrooms, apartments, and common areas to company standards.
- Ensure all rooms and facilities are clean, tidy, and well presented at all times.
- Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and health & safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to the supervisor or management.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Replenish amenities and supplies as required.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with guests or clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Basic level of English (spoken and understood).
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required.
- Right to work in the EU (as applicable).
