We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Deck Manager to help lead our fast-paced restaurant and takeaway operation alongside the Captain and management crew.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Deck Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations — leading shifts, supporting the crew, and ensuring every customer leaves happy.
You’ll:
- Lead and motivate the team during busy service periods
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards
- Support smooth day-to-day restaurant and takeaway operations
- Help manage stock, waste control, cleaning, and compliance checks
- Maintain strong food safety, HACCP, allergen, and health & safety standards
- Coach and develop crew members through regular feedback and support
- Work closely with the Captain and management team to improve systems and performance
- Help maintain our “showcase” standards across the outlet

✅ Has leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, takeaway, restaurant, or fast-food environments
✅ Leads by example and stays calm under pressure
✅ Has excellent communication and team-building skills
✅ Understands food safety and customer service standards
✅ Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
✅ Enjoys developing people and building a positive team culture
✅ Shares our values of Teamwork, Community & Sustainability
Preferred (but not essential):
- Level 3 Food Safety
- HACCP knowledge
- Health & Safety / Fire Safety certificates
- Experience with stock ordering and shift management
