A vacancy has arisen for a Band 3, Senior Cardiac Clinical Support Worker - (Electrocardiogram) ECG within Cardiothoracic Services at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (C&VUHB).
There is a strong emphasis on both professional and service development within the Cardiothoracic Directorate, with opportunities to gain skills and qualifications in our non-invasive services.
The successful applicant will be expected to work across both University Hospital of Wales and University Hospital Llandough sites.
Perform a range of routine and non-routine tasks within the ECG and Spirometry service area.
Update information systems to include patient information and test results, report generation.
Undertake routine admin tasks and reception duties as required.
Assist with day-to-day co-ordination of the CSW team.
Supervise and train less experienced staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
