We are hiring for Senior Section Waiter for a flexible role, with hours varying on a permemant basis. Weekend availability is required to be successful in your application.
Flexible working patterns apply to this role, with opportunities to increase hours available for the right candidate. Shift patterns include covering lunch, dinner and later events.
Open Thursday-Tuesday and Closed Wednesdays each week.
The role incudes;
-Managing your own section - rewarded with generous proportion of tips
-Serving guests in a timely, professional manner
-Recommending food and beverage products
-Using EPOS to input guest orders
-Working as part of a team
-Cash Handling - taking payments
-Taking responsibility for your role in the team
-Working to exceed guest expectations and maintain the business' reputation
-Informing guests on new promotions, events and products at the restaurant
Desirable Criteria;
-Strong Knowledge of food allergens
-Great wine and spirits knowledge
-Experience working in a fast paced cover driven restaurant
-Experience working as a Section Waiter
-Responsible team member who can support the progression of junior staff
Mandatory Criteria;
-Minimum 3 years experience as a section waiter
-Weekend availability
-Ability to reliably travel and commute to the business
The successful candidate will also benefit from an excellent share of TRONC tips.
