Grounds Maintenance Operative (Senior / No.2 to Team Leader)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team as a No.2 to the Team Leaders. This is a key role for someone ready to take responsibility and support the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in grounds maintenance
- PA1 & PA6 certification (essential)
- High standards across grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, and general grounds maintenance
- Full, clean driving licence
- Confidence driving company vans in and around London
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
