DGK Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Drainage & Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing drainage and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kent, Essex, London, and the South East.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrainage Works
- Diagnose and clear blocked drains using specialist equipment.
- Carry out high-pressure water jetting operations.
- Conduct CCTV drain surveys and identify drainage defects.
- Perform drain repairs, excavations, and remedial works.
- Install and maintain drainage systems.
- Complete detailed reports and survey findings.
Plumbing Works
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipework, fixtures, and fittings.
- Carry out leak detection and repairs.
- Replace taps, toilets, valves, and sanitary ware.
- Install and maintain hot and cold-water systems.
- Attend emergency plumbing call-outs.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Complete job sheets and reports accurately using company systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in drainage and/or plumbing.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and reliable approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Water Jetting Association certification.
- Confined Space Training.
- CSCS Card.
- CCTV Surveying experience.
- First Aid certification.
