Lyme Regis Care Home looking for a full time cook.
You will be responsible for preparing homemade nutritious meals suitable for elderly residents and those with particular Dietary Requirements. You will be expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and Infection control regulations.

Duties
- To prepare two nutritious menu choices.
- Recording temperatures of all Fridges and Freezers.
- Keeping all daily Food and Cleaning records up to date.
- To ensure all food stocks are rotated and stored correctly.
- To maintain stocks supplies.
Your also will be expected to attend staff meetings and any training sessions that would be required.
To apply for the role NVQ Level 2 in catering is desirable but not essential but would prefer at least 3 years experience in any catering role with a basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
