Responsibilities
- Manage and update content on the Only Fans platform, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with fans professionally, responding to messages and comments promptly.
- Upsell additional content or subscription packages to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Organise schedules for content releases, live sessions, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of fan interactions, subscriptions, and sales data.
- Collaborate with creators to develop engaging content strategies aligned with audience preferences.
- Utilise excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming online environment.
- Assist in fundraising initiatives or promotional campaigns to increase platform visibility.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or the tourism industry is advantageous.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel environments can be beneficial due to customer service skills developed therein.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for online engagement.
- Familiarity with social media management or content platforms is desirable.
- Experience in fundraising or event organisation can be an asset but is not essential.
- Ability to demonstrate effective upselling techniques to maximise revenue streams.
