We are looking for a reliable and experienced operator who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and can perform confidently in fast-paced roadside situations.

Main Duties
- Roadside vehicle recovery and breakdown assistance
- Vehicle transportation
- Collection and transportation of accident-damaged vehicles
- Providing professional roadside assistance to customers
- Carrying out vehicle safety checks and securing vehicles correctly
- Managing recovery situations safely and efficiently
- Completing jobs professionally while maintaining high customer service standards
Requirements
- Previous recovery driving experience is essential
- Valid CPC qualification required
- Must hold the correct licence for 7.5T / 12T vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think independently in complex situations
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible with working hours and shift patterns
Working Hours
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Full-time position
- Night shifts available
